Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We ship to England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

• For orders of £40 and over, shipping is free.
• For orders under £40, there is a flat shipping rate of £4.
• Express shipping is available for a flat rate of £6.

Processing and packing time is 1-2 business days. However, if we’re having a sale, launching a new product or it’s just a busy time for retail, it could take us a little longer so bear with us!

From there, we use Amazon Shipping, Royal Mail and DPD for standard and express postage methods.

A £4 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

• Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
• Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

International Shipping

We only ship throughout the UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales) from this site.

International shipping is available to the following countries from ultraviolette.com.au:
Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand.
