Refund policy
We want you to have the best time using (and recommending 😎) our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us at violette@ultraviolette.co.uk
- If your Ultra Violette is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to violette@ultraviolette.co.uk within 10 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.
- If for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a refund or store credit within 14 days of receiving. You just need to do the following:
- Make sure the product is in good condition and only lightly sampled (less than 1/4 used)
- Put the product in the shipper box you received it in, and post to:
- Fusion 3PL Ltd, FOA: Ultra Violette, Block 7, Units 1,2 & 3 Vestry Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN14 5EL
- Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method
- Email us at violette@ultraviolette.co.uk to let us know you have sent the product back and why quoting your order number
- Ultra Violette will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel
- Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
