Sales and Education Executive (Full Time) - UK Based
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As the Sales and Education Executive, United Kingdom, you will be responsible for driving Ultra Violette’s retail (sell out) sales across Space NK, Sephora and Boots. You will execute best in class education and sales strategies that ladder to Ultra Violette’s brand strategy. You require high energy, a love for skincare and a passion for driving sales in store with our retailer partners to exceed our sell out goals. You will be joining a fast-growing global brand where it’s imperative to deliver a best-in-class level of SPF education and brand experience in store for our customers. Our goal is to have the sophistication of a much larger business with the personal touch and agility of a much smaller one.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• Team Leadership & Retail Engagement: Work in-store with wholesale partners across London and the greater UK. Execute training sessions and engage with both store teams and customers to drive brand success. A minimum of two days per week dedicated to selling shifts.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with retail partners, store managers, and staff to foster collaboration and growth.
• KPI Management & Product Expertise: Consistently meet and exceed KPIs by leveraging in-depth product knowledge, expert skincare techniques, and superior service standards to enhance selling behaviors and performance, both in-store and during events.
• Visual Merchandising Oversight: Manage the implementation and ongoing review of visual merchandising (VM) strategies. Ensure that each store visit includes a VM review aligned with brand goals and expectations.
• Marketing & Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing, PR activations and in-store events as needed, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Education Delivery & Training: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, schools, and events at both local and national levels. This will include both in-person store-based sessions and remote sessions using digital platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom). Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all educational initiatives meet brand standards while consistently finding innovative ways to make education exciting and impactful.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Ultra Violette brand, inspiring store teams and customers about the importance and benefits of the Skinscreen category.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and assess sales performance, identifying key growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting sales trends, event outcomes, ROI, and recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales within retail or in an education/training capacity
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate retail teams to achieve sales objectives
• Solid understanding of brand and retailer dynamics, particularly in the beauty industry (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on high-quality execution
• Skilled in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to represent and promote a fast-growing brand, cultivating key retail partnerships to support business growth
REQUIREMENTS:
• Role requires up to 50% travel across the United Kingdom (most weeks)
• Work remotely and in stores four to five days per week
• Effectively manage tasks and collaborate using digital communication while maintaining
productivity and meeting deadlines
